What we collect
When you request an exclusion plan or check coverage in your area, we collect what you type: your name, email, phone if you share it, ZIP code, and the details you choose to tell us about the situation at your house. The calculators and checklists on this site run entirely in your browser and send us nothing. Like most websites, our hosting provider also processes standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to operate the site, and we may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages help people, in aggregate, not to profile you.
How we use it
To answer you. Your request goes to our inbox so a person can prepare your plan and reply, and if you accept an introduction, we share your request details with the one vetted local operator we are introducing so they can contact you about the job. That is the entire flow. We do not sell your information, we do not post your request to a lead marketplace, and we do not add you to a marketing list for writing to us.
Who we share it with
Three categories, all boring: the email and hosting providers that move and store our messages and pages, an analytics provider if we use one, and the single vetted operator you agree to be introduced to. We never share your contact details with multiple companies at once, because the one-introduction promise is the core of the service. If the law requires us to disclose something, we comply, and that is the only other case.
How long we keep it
Request emails stay in our inbox so we can honor follow-ups, coverage checks, and the promise to write back when your area opens. If you want your request deleted instead, say so and we will delete it.
Your choices
Email support@batcleared.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, and we will do it promptly. Depending on where you live, privacy laws may give you formal versions of these rights; we honor the requests either way.
Children
This site is for homeowners and renters handling a wildlife problem, not for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted our form, email us and we will delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it, and material changes get a plain-language note here rather than silent edits. Questions about anything on this page: support@batcleared.com.
